How logging works Business vs private, odometer, exports
- Business — work travel (clients, sites, meetings). Not daily home ↔ usual workplace.
- Private — personal trips, including commuting to your usual workplace.
- Log each odometer reading as a stop — distance is calculated between stops.
- Record opening & closing odometer for each reporting period before year-end exports.
- On leave? Mark a leave period below — no daily business logging expected.
- Business travel exports list trips with from/to, purpose, and km. Verify with your accountant.
Leave periods
Mark when you're away from work. No business logging is expected during leave. Private trips can still be logged from History or the dashboard.
